About Michael Furrh

Michael lives in Austin, the cultural epicenter of Texas. His award-winning work has appeared in local, national and international exhibitions.  He is an active member of the Texas Sculpture Group, and alumnus of the 500X Gallery in Dallas and the 218 Co-op in San Marcos.  Michael has taught Art at the University of North Texas, Texas Woman's University and Texas State University.

Currently

I continue to be interested in the ideas of decay and anomaly, and how these visual concepts change with the zeitgeist.
